Future plans for development

Since re-starting the development of this website, for a means to make my own Parish Council website, I have made conciderable changes to my design.

The initial designs were to accomdodate for the closing of EssexInfo.net. I have left the old page as it is to show (to me at least) how far that I have come. The Parish Council website was subsequently updated to a completely new design - and this website is now a futher development of that template.

I performed a lot of work on the Parish Council design in the notion that there may be other Parish Councils that were in the market for a new design. My emphasis was for a "Do-it Yourself" approach and I was prepared to help anyone that was interested that had found my pages. Nobody did!

Around the same time I took over the webmaster role for the Village Hall website and I set about re-designing it using my own code as opposed to the Wordpress.com initial implemantation. In a similar manner to the Parish Council website there has been a distinct lack of interest for the intended users of the websites. The Village Hall could have been mainly due to the COVID lock-down, but I tend to think that it was a general lack of interest and need for a Village Hall website.

I also performed a lot of development work and research on the history of the region. These pages are currently being converted to the new design and certain references removed as I percieved that they were creating confusion due to my recent success with SEO.

The other reason that the pages relating to history are being converted is that I have another project related to the Church and I wanted to get some sort of consistancy between the pages
