Plesk login for HostingUK.net

The login for hostinguk.net is through the URL billing.hostinguk.net/clientarea - the logon credentials are my usual, but I would imagine that there is the usual recovery options.

As I run 2 websites though hostinguk.net I have 2 log-ins to the Plesk Control panel. I was having some problems in the past but the folks at HostingUK.net have fixed them.

It would appear that the login from the HostingUK.net customer account page does not work as it should.

It would seem that the user names, IDs and passwords have all got mixed up.

The Plesk User Name seems to have been derived from the email I originally used to signup. The System User Names seem to match the domain name, but why are they different?

Checking Server Logs

Now I want to check server logs for both domains the login needed to be clarified.

My main website is the one that I check on a daily basis but the Parish Council is only rarely checked. It is only now that there maybe visits related to the planning permission at Clark's Farm that there are accesses.
