Not wanting names to appear in Google searches

This page was having problems in being validated and then submitting for index. As I don't really care what the original subject material was I have re-written it.

What I was trying to do was to prevent certain family names being returned by Internet searches. To do this I was experimenting with alternative characters from the normal keyboard ones. IT DID NOT WORK!

Looking in the Search Console help for the error I found:

The content of this page is nothing like the original so Google cannot think that it is duplicate content.

Requesting a removal

html_enties.html was in the Google index

The old page definitely fulfilled the definition of Duplicate Content. I had renamed the page html_entites to no_want but the content was exactly the same. So Google wsa correct it was duplicste content even though I had deleted the file/page from the server.
