The effect of Slow Internet - Drone Pages
A video gallery will require a fast and unlimited data connection to be viable.
The same can be said if you wish to run a webserver, especially if you want to use it to distribute drone footage.
An example
I uploaded one of my drone videos as a test. To develop a proper video gallery I would need to do more work.

It is interesting to see how the video tag accesses my webserver:

I held off the development and investigation on this subject until I had an unlimited fibre connection. The "hit" on the server is considerable but the limiting factor, with respect to buffering, is the speed of my webserver.
