Mural of Christ entering Jerusalem - Gate of Jerusalem

This is one of the parts of the mural on the North Wall of St. Mary's, Belchamp Walter.

The painting is not very clear but is described the church guide:

  1. Christ entering the Gate of Jerusalem on a donkey which is in yellow ochre.
  2. The Gate of Jerusalem. A small head is looking down from the battlements. Slight traces of a figure can be seen in the archway.

The colour photograph does not show the painting well and it is better seen in the black and white photograph that I show on my page on all the paintings.
