Google Workspace

When I was researching primary and sub domains I came across a Google Webspace help file/page. As I have been using Google tools, including GMail, for a number of years.

At first I was confused. How come I had not come across this before?

Being curious I followed the prompts to "sign-up". It was not clear whether this was a free service but I soon found that the minimum was £18 to use it.

Why would I need to use Workspace?

Looking at the help files associated with Workplace I see that there semms to be an initiative by Google (Aphabet) to expand their Cloud and AI buisiness. I speculated on the use of AI for coding purposes and the application to Historical Research and it would seem my speculation was justified.

Duet AI

2023 - this is a use of the name Duet that I previously associated with SAP and Microsoft Office. I guess things have moved on? Well, SAP have.
