Artificial Intelligent Web Design - Is AI web design a future?
Having thought that I should be paying more attention to AI as it seems to be in all the news (April/May 2023)
Listening to a couple of radio interviews the concept of applying AI to web site design and production was raised. It all seemed to be too good to be true, so I thought I'd take a look.
What I trying here is two-fold, I want to have a list of articles on the subject that I can read at my leasure and also test out my new link policy regarding links to external websites.
The use of ChatGPT seems to be an accepted way to debug code in coding circles and the use of the AI app to suggest an outline and contents of a website seem to be useful. However, when it comes to actually building the website and gathering of images the use of a CMS seems still the suggested solution.
For example, the first link below describes this process when the author was using an AI technique to build a plant-care website. In this case Wix was used to build the site. Other examples use the CMS that the article was hosted were selling.

The "difficult" bit for many that want a website is how to upload your content to a webserver. Of course there are many who would offer you a solution to this, Facebook and Wordpress are a couple that come to mind.
A history website
In my construction of my History of Belchamp Walter I doubt that AI would have been of much use.
However, taking a look at how Bing implement AI in their search reveals that it is very easy for false information to proliferate. Searching for information on Belchamp Walter and Munt Cottage returns references that I know are not correct.
The commercial nature of the Internet did turn-up that there was a house for sale in Belchamp Walter for £1.6 million.
If you watched the video, you might already know, that I decided to create a website for a plant care app. It was all that I had in mind. I didn't plan the website’s content or appearance. I decided to rely on artificial intelligence in that matter. Let me tell you how it went.
