JMC4 on Flickr
New page as I have changed jmc4.html to The Brasses of Little Horkesley
I am not sure if I am quoting the text that I say I possibly found on ???? Flickr pages are correct. I also don't know the sources.
In some regards I feel bad using her photos and as she says it is bad form to use copywright material without asking. However, she does not attribute her text in the descriptions of her photos and that would be very useful. Perhaps now that I have a way to display the Flickr pages and flip back to my pages I will be able to fill in the blanks in the research.
I feel that the use of Flickr problematic.
JMC4 also has a series of photos of St. Andrew, Mickfield - The Perry family.
Having made a search for "Hyllivyn" (Helion) I came across jmc4's Flickr pages
There are many links split over a number of images on jmc4's pages.
The "about" page on Flickr for jmc4 features the on use of the photographs on other website and publications. My interest is more to do with the research in the descriptions. As for the photographs I can take them for myself as this is an account of the local history of Belchamp Walter.
I have some links to the jmc4 pages on this page.
The extensive research (I am presuming) is not (always) documented by jmc4, there are sometimes links to other photographs on jmc4's Flickr feed. This is in keeping with the new phylosophy that I am adopting in that there is no point in having links to external websites that once you are there don't allow you to get back.
