Development of the Timed Modal

The code for the timed modal will be reduced to a few lines here.

The premise here is that it is annoying to the visitor to be told that they cannot get the information that they want. This is nomally a link to another website. I don't want this. Having to get the visitor to press a button to continue, even on this website, is more likely to result in the visitor leaving.

At the moment I don't have much text in the dialog, but I don't think that it needs it.

The use of the Bootstrap framework and the jQuery CSS library should not be a problem for mobile pages. I would need to retro-fit some of my "popular" pages.
