Samuel Milbank died in 1863. The Marquis of Ruvigny and Raineval Melville Henry Massue was born in 1868 and was the creator of The Plantagenet Roll of the Blood Royal (1903–1911) and other volumes on the Jacobite peerage.
I have found a personalised copy of The Plantagenet Roll of the Blood Royal which has a family tree that states Samuel Milbank Raymond as the 20th direct decendant of Edward III.
While Samuel Milbank styled himself "Squire of Belchamp Walter" he died before the Marquis penned his geneological tome. It was more likely that Samuel Philip was the "commisioner" of the copy.

When I say "commissioned" I really mean aquired the copy of the Blood Royal - I still think that the information came from an earlier Raymond. The version of the Royal Blood was published early 20th century.

In my attempt to decypher the Raymond family history I have found and referenced the works by Sir Bernard Burke and the Marquis of Ruvigny and Raineval, Melville Henry Massue.
The Tables of Family Trees found in Marquis' tome as most probably based on the earlier work of Burke.
Who provided the information for the family trees?
The version/edition of The Plantagenet Roll of the Blood Royal that the Samuel Milbank Raymond family tree was taken was the Mortimer/Percy volume published in 1911.
