You need to setup an account but intergation does not seem to be a problem.

What PayPal say:

Note: The CSS create a PayPal button with slightly different display characteristic than I am using on this page. The button is "in the foreground", i.e. is will over write the header.

PayPal's pricing structure is reasonably complex, however a charity transaction would be 1.4% + 20p per transaction.

This is similar to the Stripe pricing and it is probably pretty much the same accross the board as all the payment gateways are in competition.
