s1-e1 - The Firefly Cage
The water slash in Kersey, Suffolk, is featured where Lady Jane is preciding over an event. It is not clear whether she has met Lovejoy at that time.
Walberswick, Suffolk
The Coastal scenes were filmed here.
Lovejoy, Tinker and Eric venture out to sea to off-shore fort. This is a Palmerstone Fort and not located in Lovejoy Country.
There are many Palmerstone Forts in the Solent. Some of these have been converted into tourist attractions and a Hotel.

The episode starts in Hadleigh cricket ground. The car park is the field behind the former Babergh Council offices. The cemetary is North of the cricket pitch.
The funeral in the episode is in Belchamp Walter Church, or at least the Churchyard.

The tomb shown on the left in the picture below is the former entrance to the Chantry chapel of Sir John de Boutetourt.
The chapel entrance was used in the episode as the entrance to a secret vault.

Episode ends with the "lads" being locked up in the tower of St. Mary's Church. They acsend the sprial staircase to the bell-ringing chamber where you can see the ropes for the Ellacombe Mechanism.
