Drupal came to my attention when I was looking for alternatives to the free Parish Council website that the village was using.

What can I say? CMS is CMS - if this is what you want then go for it.

EssexInfo had a CMS that was based on TinyMCE, the version is unknown and at the present time not important. However, the version used by EssexInfo was not being updated by Cambridge Open Systems.
