Some Keywords Censored from this website

As I have no desire to have some of my pages appearing in search engine result pages I have been removing some words that are possibly being used to find information certain local people on the Internet.

For example, I do not want pages generating Impressions and/or Clicks for those searching for specific local family names. As I had started my history research using information I had found in the Church it was not easy to avoid some of the names.

Observations from my SEO reports seemed indicate that there were an inordinate number of "hits" on page where it could be assumed the ony reason was that someone was looking to see if I had posted something bad about them or their family. As I had been highly critical in the past I can understand this!

The Outcome of these changes

The Google Search Console reports appear to have far fewer accesses, mainly impressions, of pages that are related to the name that I censored.

Pages that featured the name "Oliver" were particularly of interest. Also names that are featured on the memorial in the church do not show as frequently.

Subseqently I have another theory why there might be an issue here.

Raymond

This has been (or in the process of) removed as I don't want a search for this name to appear along side tempusfugit.me.uk

This is rather unfortunate as much of the historical references I have posted contain that name.

Hopefully this problem will be alleviated by th coding of names using the UTC code symbols.

ஓaymond would be coded as ஓymond
or just ஓaymond - Raymond - as this will not be found when searching for "ray".
