Father Aidan Harker

Belchamp Walter

Father Aidan Harker was the vicar of Belchamp Walter 1997 to 2000.

As an Anglian church St. Mary's Belchamp Walter the fact that a "father" of possibly a Catholic (Order of St. Benedict - OSB) priest is a little strange to me.

The Aidan Harker referenced in the link below may be a different Aidan Harker but it is strange that nothing else to be found on the Internet.

A quote from the Church Times - 7 April 2017

Fr Aidan Harker was professed at Nashdom in 1961. He would have been well served by a diligent sub-editor (the many typos range from the irritating to the endearing), and an index would also have been helpful. These petty niggles notwithstanding, he is to be commended for having brought a long-neglected giant of the Catholic Movement back into the light.
