The moles are back!

Tell me if I am wrong here but a trades-person should not harvest the soil from mole hills on the job-site that he is working?

I run the risk here of being accused of "Hate Crimes" because I have made a less than complementary comment about this person. Rather that treating others with "kindness and respect" this person conducts himself in quite a contrary manner. When asked how how he is going to take to complete his job he makes out that he has never told us before and states that he is not answerable to use and if we don't like it we can move out!
