Is tempusfugit making legal statements or disclosures?

Having seen some visits to this site to my "Legal Requirements of Parish Council" with respect to the provision of a website, I was wondering if the search, which did't appear to be a Google search, was in regard to Parish Council matters.

At least one of the visits was also in conjunction with a visit to my page on Downton Abbey - A New era. This could have been that the visitor "clicked-through" to that page or if could have been a seperate search looking for more general legality of what I was posting. This page has been posted with that in mind. Although I have made reference to the Parish Council issue I wanted to see if this page is found. I still will be unable to differentiate between the intent of the visit but it will give me more of an insight.

Actually this page was not indexed by Google

At the time of the access this page had not been submitted to Google for indexing. It has now. This also supports that the search was from another search engine.
