The ditch that was the out-fall from the water mill pond was dredged. I think that this because the septic tank was overflowing into it and the present tenant was complaining. This also coincided with another visit from Binders

When I started this page there was an issue with the septic system that was in the neighours garden. It was broken and there was rare sewage leaking into a drainage ditch and was smelling. The solution to this was the installation of an aerobic system that is shared between us and the neighbour. Our septic system which was working just fine was decommissioned .
