The Intereaction of the "Sticky" buttons

I may have a problem here in that when updating my W3.css templates page that I saw an interaction between the "sticky" buttons.

The More button can be placed anywhere on the page. However, it seems to fail when it is placed after the gototop button?

In my many years of developing and manufacture of complex systems, not always from my own empirical design, the emphasis on testing is more and more important.

What is happening

Looks like the "more" button cannot be below the "gototop" button.

The behaviour of the "sticktop" class changes when the "stickbutton" reaches the top of the screen. This is actually okay but I don't quite understand why this is happening.

What I am trying to do here

is to reproduce the error and see why it is happening.

I may have a quote character missing of some other syntax problem.

What I have tried to do here is to build a page similar to the one that I see with a problem. Not all pages seem to do this so I am confused.
