As far as Belchamp Walter is concerned ther reign of George II corresponds to the time when the Ruggles family owned the estate. In fact the estate was sold in 1741.
I am deducing that the sale was under the control of William Raymond. However, this is not clear looking at the Freer tree. There was another William but it could have been sold by Samuel senior (d 1767).

George II - reign: 1727-1760
William Raymond suceeded as the owner of Belchamp Hall in 1720.
