As you can see in the image, it does not look like Fandom has much to do with historical research.

Pages where I have links hosted on Fandom

There are a number of pages where the links with data that is supposedly related to my history pages but due to the nature of the other content on the Fandom website I am highly dubuious.

There appears to be connected to FamilyPedia, RootsWeb and RootsChat.

Why I am skeptical

The look and feel of the Fandom website is curious at best. There is a strange mix of subject material and I am not sure what being a "fan" has to do with historical records of family names.

I cannot see why those that have uploaded information to this forum would do so as there are other platforms that appear to be more "professional".

Information on families that I have researched elsewhere only appear on this platform leading me to think that it just speculation.
