More work on Date Slider

I developed a date slider for use on my Timeline page. I have added this to my Belchamp Walter by Century page.

The control was pretty much an experiment and now has come the time to continue the development.

As I am using this control I wanted to leave the orignal development page as it is and start a new one.

The formatting of the control was taken from the W3C example. I think that the standard INPUT control is just as good.

The version below pairs back some of the CSS and the control looks more like the default.

The Step parameter

While this can be used it is not much help. My implementation uses a innerHTML settings that sets the URL to a spedific id on the timeline page. Setting a step to less than 1 will just point to the top of the page.
