Frameworks and the like
There is a conflict between the W3C Framework and the Bootstrap Framework.
I think that it will take some time to track this down. The W3 Portfolio template that I have developed over the years. The template still works but the w3-bar-items display with an underline on hover and regular links do not have an underline except on hover.
Actually the differences in the menu options caused by the linking of the Bootstrap framework are not too bad.
