The w3-hide class and tablet displays

The w3-hide class is used extensively on this website.

There is something strange with the index page. The message and div below displays when viewed on a tablet if the page is refreshed. It works correctly on this page?

There are also some other "anomolies" such as the rendering on a tablet with respect to the display of the overlay/side menu.

The latest template seems to fix this and the Agreement of conditions for form submission page, when re-built, works okay except for the operation of the technique on the Edge browser.
