Trailing Slash - on META Tags

If you have been seeing a message that a trailing slash has no effect and reacts badly you may want to fix this.

Having reviewed my page on the validation of HTML and CSS on web pages I have found a few things that could be new or just a reflection of the evolving coding standard. Some of the syntax that I had taken from the "oracle", W3C and others, seem to have been changed. The trailing slash on void elements is a case in point.
