Sticky social media icon bar
The sticky social bar will stick to the screen when you scroll.
Again, the example is taken from the W3C site and adapted for my template. I am not sure that this technique plays well on a mobile device/screen as there needs to be some measure of reponsiveness built in. I think thet there is a responsive example
The "sticky" bar has been set to be 60% from the top of the screen in the css.

The social media buttons are designed to be at the top of this page.
Due to the design of my template for the page I added an offset of 80px so that the buttons don't cover the top bar.
