Mobile Top Menu - old page

Yet another experiment with the mobile rendered display.

Here I have taken the code from the "about" page and centred it at the top.

I now see an interaction between the Icon Menu and the top-bar. Not if I hide the "icon" menu though!

I may also have to rethink this as I now think that this is more confusing that it helps.

Actually I (was) am going to try all these things on my Lovejoy page as it seems to get the most hits on mobile.

The code that produces the button above will be removed from new layout and converted pages.
