Discussion on the design development

Discussing things as "new" is similar to that of decimal currency. The New Penny was not "new" many years later. The discussion about an evolving design is that what was new is now the norm.

When I started out on what at the time of writing this was the "new" layout, I was seeing a few anomolies in the way that W3 containers were margined, bordered and padded. Some of the sections had gaps between them while others were the way that I wanted them. Te bottom line was that I did not understand what was going on.
