GridHost Login

Having seen a lot of activity on my page describing TSOHost and their services I see that there are some issues regarding logging on to their admin portals.

While TSOHost continue to get great reviews I do get the following message when I try and access webmail configuration:

Looking at other results when I make a similar search it appears that many think that it is BTInternet that are blocking access.

One thing I do know is that TSOHost have changed their login such that the old GridHost login no longer works and you need to log-in using the TSOHost client interface.

Reciprocal Blame

Unfortunately what what seems to be happening here is that TSOHost are blaming the Internet provider (BTInternet) and the Internet providers are telling their subscribers that the problem is with their hosting service.

Like so many other things that large Internet providers do things that are not that common, such as customers that are running their own websites and administering their own email, it is too much for their support crew to deal with!
