Booking or Contact Form

To implement a contact or booking form on a website you should be aware of the potential risks that are involved. If you are a small organisaton with a simple website then your risk profile is low. However, there are techniques you can use to "secure" any forms that you may want to use.

The design of this form is based on examples taken from the Internet and a possible requirement for a booking form for use in my designs. The "input" section of the form is relatively easy and the initial method of email notification dependant on the form selections is based on a "mailto" construction. I also want to add an alternative to the method that is dependant on the users native email being configured correctly.

The form handler, or possiblty handlers, will start out as a method to extract the booking selection and then build a mailing statement.
