429 HTTP return code
The 429 HTTP return code appears when some pages on a Wordpress website are attempted to be accessed when using TOR.
Reading the resaons for such an error there seems to be a concensus that there have been too many requests made from the client and the server has determined that there is something wrong or suspicious with the client making the requests.
When a request is made using TOR it not surprising that it could be determined that the IP of the client is suspect as that seems to be a criteria by which such a determination is made. However, this response is not seen on other pages on the website in question. The best guess is that there is something wrongly coded on the new page that was being accessed.
The error does not present itself when the same page is accessed not using TOR so it is assumed that the issue is with the fact that access is because of TOR.
