Protecting your Intellectual Property

If you run a website as a webmaster you probably have concerns about others finding your site, copying bits and making it their own.

While this is pretty much how mot things get developed, and I do it myself! I try and give attribution where I can and even add a little more to what I find and use.

I have added a right-click trap on this page.

To explain ----- in most cases when someone wants to copy text (and they know what they are doing!) the idea is to highlight some text or an image and then a right-click of the pointing device should display a "context menu".

Preventing the copying of Photographs and Images

This is pretty much impossible to stop if the person who wants to knows what they are doing.
