Engineering at Meta

When I was researching how Facebook monitor and control the access to their portal with respect to the concept of a "shim" I came across Engineering at Meta.

I must admit that I am a little bemused about what the Facebook/Meta website/blog is all about. They claim are a technical news resource for engineers. It seems that they are more like a recruiting agency for those who want to work for Meta.
