The Presentation of Information

Having established that the use of Social Media is almost essential today, there are a number of reasons that a website and/or a static webpage may be an advantage when it comes to the presentation of information.

The Advantage of a website over Social Media

Unlike a posting on Social Media a webpage remains static and does not show that it has been edited many times. It is almost impossible to write something that is 100% correct the first time. Once a post has been made it WILL be seen and more than likely commented on.

Here is the first advantage, you quite often don't want comments as all you are doing is making an announcement. You really don't need those that see it to "like" it or make an inane comment.

Social Media Integration

While I maintain my views on Social Media I recognise that Social Media is very much part of most peoples lives. As such, it is essential that it be integrated into a "regular" website.
