Yell do not check users leaving reviews until someone complains that a review is not legit.

I made a review about the thatcher that my landlord hired to re-thatch the roof of the house in which I live. He was a lazy bastard!

While it is true that I was not the person who hired him he was hired to work on a property that I live and this effected my way of life. To get the review "pulled" did not help others who may have been looking for a reliable thatcher.
