The Accordian Menu (construct)

The "accordian" construct is key to a lot of my layout designs.

In my attempts to analyse and document the accordian I seem to have broken my page on the accordian itself. This is probably due to the interaction between some of my code.

However, the pages that use this technique for the operation of the menu system still work. The process that control the accordian and use of the accordian for my usage still work.
