You will see referance to CMS, Content Management System, when looking at information related to the creation ond maintenance of a website or the establishment of a "web presence". While I see the use of CMS as a valid approach I have mixed feelings on its efficacy. Many times more time is spent learning the CMS than creating content for a website. Others times the CMS is so confusing and complicated that the user will overlook the real goal of the website.
One of the most popular CMS systems used in the "web-world" is Wordpress.
Essexino.net offered a CMS through Cambridge Open Systems (dotCommunity), the underlying CMS "engine" seemed to based on TinyMCE.
