XPD - A Review of the delivery service
I had a delivery from XPD - I am assumed that it wss for my Medion 14 Inch Notebook MD63780 ordered on the 26th February 2021.
The reason for this post is that I was not sure why I received an email from XPD as it did not specify who the delivery was from and for what. However, all I could find on-line were complaints.
Horror Stories
Reading some of the complaints you would have zero confidence in XPD. Stories of drivers stealing laptops and deliveries that were said to have been made and weren't. I really did't know what to think. I guess I will have to wait and see if my delivery turns up. In which case I can give an honest review.
The Negative Review Culture
This seems to be the norm these days. If you are not satisfied, in any way, then you leave a negative review. In some cases these are valid but I find it less than helpful to determine whether the person writing the review has just bought the wrong product. It is also almost impossible to determine whether it is the product, the retailer or the delivery service that is being complained about.
My Delivery
It arrived on time when they said it would. The driver was pleasant.
I have no complaints so I guess I don't need to leave a negative review on Trustpilot?
Last time I was there I found many reports about the shocking service my broadband provider was giving with respect to fibre. Funny, I was not having any such problems and County Broadband even asked me to write a positive review on Trustpilot.
