When I first reported the use of "Bots" for the bulk/automatic purchase of on-line tickets I recieved feedback from one of the vendors of such software.
This may well just be a Brit thing as it was reported by Google News as a UK story and the real story may just be that there has been an ammendment to the Digital Economy Bill.
